Preparation

  • Begin by cleaning your baby potatoes thoroughly under running water. Once they are clean, cut them in half and pat them dry with paper towels.

Seasoning

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, and minced garlic. Stir in the paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

Tossing

  • Toss the halved potatoes in the butter-garlic mixture until every piece is coated.

Roasting

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Arrange the potatoes cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Pop the baking sheet into the oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure they get that golden brown color.
