Preparation

Cooking

  • Spread the potatoes out on a large baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Roast for 25 minutes, then flip the potatoes for even crispiness.
  • Continue roasting for an additional 15-20 minutes or until desired crispiness is achieved.

Notes

To achieve maximum crispiness, do not overcrowd the pan. Let potatoes cool slightly before serving for a perfect finish. Optional: Toss with crushed red pepper for heat or more fresh herbs for flavor. Pair with corn chowder for a warm meal on chilly nights.
