Preparation and Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper over the cauliflower, then toss everything together to coat.
  • Spread the coated cauliflower on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes until the cauliflower is crispy and golden.

Air Fryer Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  • Spray the crisper plate with oil, add the cauliflower, and lightly spray the florets with oil.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes until tender, turning the cauliflower halfway if you like.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider broiling the cauliflower for an additional 1-2 minutes after baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.
