Preparation

  • Preheat your skillet to medium heat.
  • Brown the ground beef, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until nicely browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Dice your onion and both bell peppers.

Cooking

  • Combine beef, diced onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, uncooked pasta, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
  • Set the crockpot to low and let it cook for 4 to 6 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and provolone cheese, stirring gently until melted.

Notes
