  • Add the milk to achieve your desired creamy consistency.
  • Give it a gentle stir to mix everything together.
  • Cover and set the crockpot on low heat.
  • Let it cook for about 2 hours.
  • Stir occasionally for a consistent texture.
  • Taste test and adjust the spice level as desired.
  • Serve warm directly from the crockpot.

Notes

Add fresh cilantro or chopped green onions on top before serving for extra color and flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
