  • 1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice For a tangy flavor, adjust according to preference.
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste Season according to your taste.
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Fresh parsley adds a burst of color and flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Halve cherry tomatoes, slice cucumber, and thinly slice red onion.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Combine

  • In a large bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with the dressing.

Garnish

  • Sprinkle the salad with chopped parsley.

Chill

  • Let the salad sit for 10–15 minutes before serving for maximum flavor.

Notes

Serve cold for a refreshing taste. Offer extra lemon wedges or vinegar on the side for those who like a bit more tang. Best enjoyed within two days of preparation.
