Preparation

  • Start by seasoning the salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.

Cook Fettuccine

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain but save a little pasta water.

Cook Salmon

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden crusted. Set aside to rest.

Sauté Shrimp

  • In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.

Prepare Garlic

  • Melt butter in the pan and add minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute.

Make Alfredo Sauce

  • Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens. Add parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

Combine Everything

  • Add the cooked fettuccine, salmon, and shrimp. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
