Cheesecake Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  • Prepare brownie batter according to the package or make it from scratch.
  • In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, one egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a baking dish, layer the brownie batter, followed by the cheesecake mixture. Use a knife to swirl them together.

Baking

  • Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
  • Let cool and then slice into pieces.
