Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack) Choose your favorite for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing For drizzling in the quesadilla.
  • 1/2 cup Cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking.

Optional Toppings

  • Diced green onions To taste.
  • Salsa To taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Shred the rotisserie chicken and crumble the bacon.

Cooking

  • Place a large skillet on medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  • Lay one tortilla in the skillet and layer half of shredded chicken, cheese, and bacon over it. Drizzle with Ranch dressing.
  • Place another tortilla on top and press down slightly.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip carefully using a spatula.
  • Brown the other side for another 3-4 minutes until melted and golden.
  • Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, and slice into wedges.

Serving

  • Serve with extra Ranch dressing or salsa on the side.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like cilantro. Use leftover chicken to save time and consider adding jalapeños for a spicy kick.
