Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cellentani pasta You can substitute with elbow or rotini pasta.
  • 1 cup Dill pickles, chopped Adjust the amount based on taste.
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill, chopped For garnish and flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt.

Preparation

  • Cook the cellentani pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped dill pickles, diced sharp cheddar cheese, and fresh dill.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the pasta salad and stir until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve cold or at room temperature, great on its own or as a side dish with grilled meats. Can store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
