  • 2 lbs Chicken wings Bone-in wings are recommended for juiciness.
  • 1/2 cup Dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing You can use additional for dipping.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Helps achieve crispy skin.
  • to taste Fresh dill (for garnish) Optional, for decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, mix together dill pickle juice, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss the chicken wings in the marinade, ensuring each wing is well coated, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, shake off excess sauce, and place in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the wings before baking.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  • Check for doneness, wings should be golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Optionally toss the wings with any remaining ranch dressing before serving.

Notes

For perfect results, use bone-in wings and allow for proper marinating time. A baking rack can be used to enhance crispiness.
