  • 2 sleeves Saltine crackers The base of this recipe.
  • 1/2 cup Dill pickle juice Infuses every bite with signature tangy flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Dill weed Enhances the dish's flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds depth to the taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder Adds an extra layer of flavor.
  • to taste Black pepper Adds just the right amount of heat.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Helps in binding everything together.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine dill pickle juice, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir gently.
  • Add the Saltine crackers to the bowl. Gently toss to coat each cracker.

Baking

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated crackers in a single layer.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the crackers and toss them again gently.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Stir the crackers halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven when golden brown and allow to cool.

Serving

  • Serve in a bowl once cooled.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. They should stay fresh for up to a week. Revive any that have lost crunch by placing them in the oven for a few minutes.
