  • 1 bag Doritos
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 pieces tomatoes, diced
  • 1 piece green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and seasoned
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped green pepper, black beans, corn, and black olives.
  • Add the cooked and seasoned ground beef to the salad.
  • Toss in the shredded cheddar jack cheese and Doritos.
  • Drizzle with Catalina dressing and mix gently until everything is coated.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Doritos Taco Salad!

Notes

To keep the Doritos crunchy, serve right after mixing. Feel free to add extra toppings or substitute ingredients for variations.
