Main ingredients

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas Choose ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate.
  • 1/3 cup mini marshmallows
  • 4 sheets foil For wrapping the bananas.

Optional toppings

  • graham cracker crumbs Enhances the texture.
  • peanut butter A great flavor addition.
  • chopped nuts Choose your favorite nuts.
  • caramel drizzle Add for extra sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice each banana lengthwise, leaving the peel on and creating a pocket.

Stuffing & Wrapping

  • Fill the pocket of each banana with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Wrap each banana snugly in foil.

Cooking

  • Grill over medium heat or place directly into campfire coals for 6–8 minutes.
  • Cook until the chocolate is melted and marshmallows are golden.

Serving

  • Carefully open the foil, add any optional toppings, and enjoy with a spoon.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one day. The taste and texture may diminish.
