  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth Use low-sodium broth for less salt.

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, making sure the chicken is fully covered.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks and stir into the gravy.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.

Notes

For thicker gravy, mix in some cornstarch with water in the last 30 minutes. Customize with vegetables like carrots or peas for a heartier meal.
