  • 2.25 pounds ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • 1 big block Velveeta Cube before adding to crockpot.
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken Can substitute with vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with chilies Adjust amount for desired spice level.
  • 1 box bowtie noodles Boil according to package instructions.

Preparation

  • Cook the ground beef in a pan until it is no longer pink. Transfer the cooked beef to the crockpot.
  • Cube the Velveeta and add it to the crockpot along with the cream cheese, cream of chicken, and Rotel tomatoes.

Cooking

  • Set the crockpot on high for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally to combine the flavors.

Final Touch

  • In a separate pot, boil the bowtie noodles according to package instructions and add them to the crockpot just before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or onion powder. Leftovers can last 3-4 days in the refrigerator, or freeze portions for up to 3 months.
