  • 2 pieces ribeye steaks
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter Separated for cooking and garnish.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Seasoning and Garnish

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove the steaks and set aside.

Cooking Potatoes

  • In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and the remaining butter. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Place the steaks on top of the potatoes.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the skillet, optionally paired with a simple side salad. Spoon garlic butter sauce over the steak and potatoes for enhanced flavor.
