  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved) Adds sweetness
  • 1 Cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese (crumbled) Adjust based on preference

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar Can add honey or mustard for flavor

  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Wash your mixed greens thoroughly and slice the cucumber and red onion.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Assembly

  • Combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion in a large bowl.
  • Add crumbled feta cheese over the top.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Drizzle your dressing over the salad, starting with a little and adding more if needed.

Seasoning

  • Add salt and pepper to taste, then toss gently.
  • Let the salad sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Serve the salad in bowls and enjoy.

Notes

Taste the dressing before adding it to the salad. Chill the salad bowl for 30 minutes for a fresher dish.
