Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Graham crackers Extra crackers for snacking recommended.
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups Cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) Whipped topping Can substitute with homemade whipped cream.
  • 1 cup Chocolate frosting Homemade ganache can be used instead.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk. Whisk it together until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  • Layer half of the graham crackers on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, covering the entire surface.
  • Spread half of the pudding and whipped topping mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  • Top with one last layer of graham crackers.
  • Spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
  • Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • When ready to serve, slice the cake and enjoy!

Notes

The longer the cake chills, the better the flavors meld together. Feel free to customize toppings with fruit or caramel.
