  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, peas, onions) You can choose your favorite vegetables.
  • 1 cup meat or seafood (shrimp, chicken, pork) Optional, can be substituted with tofu for a vegetarian version.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce For serving.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying Use any cooking oil suitable for frying.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the vegetables and meat or seafood.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour a ladle of the egg mixture into the pan, cooking until the edges begin to set.
  • Flip the omelette and cook until both sides are golden.

Serving

  • Serve hot with soy sauce or your choice of savory sauce.

Notes
