Preparation

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in the bean sprouts, mushrooms, bell peppers, cooked meat, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour a ladleful of the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges are set and the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining mixture.

Serving

  • Serve hot with a savory sauce of your choice.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for a better taste. Experiment with different meats or even tofu for a vegetarian option. Adjust the soy sauce amount to your preferred saltiness. Ensure the oil is hot enough before adding the egg mixture to achieve a crispy texture.
