Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by seasoning the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a splash of olive oil.
  • Carefully add the seasoned chicken cutlets and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Cooking

  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  • In the same skillet, add your caramelized onions.
  • Pour in the French Onion gravy and stir together.
  • Place the chicken back into the skillet and spoon the onion-gravy mixture over it.
  • Sprinkle both the Parmesan and Swiss cheeses over the chicken.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and let cook for another 3-5 minutes on low heat to melt the cheese.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
