  • Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and stir well to combine with the onions and garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then stir to coat the cabbage.
  • Cook the cabbage while stirring occasionally until tender but still crunchy, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Fold in the cooked bacon and mix thoroughly just before serving.

Notes

For added texture, try shredding the cabbage. Fresh herbs like thyme can enhance the flavor. Allow ingredients to caramelize slowly for the best taste.
