  • 1.5 cups Grapes (red or green), halved This helps with presentation and flavor mixing.

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt (for a creamy dressing) Vanilla yogurt adds a sweet twist.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional for sweetness) Adjust according to your sweetness preference.
  • 1 lime Juice of 1 lime Adds brightness and prevents browning.

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients to ensure a smooth process.
  • Wash all your fruits thoroughly and pat them dry.
  • Dice the apples into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the strawberries into thin rounds or quarters.
  • Halve the grapes for better presentation.
  • Dice the fresh pineapple or drain the canned pineapple.
  • Measure the blueberries and set aside.
  • Mix yogurt, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits.
  • Add the dressing on top and gently toss together.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
