Ingredients
  

Pasta and Shrimp

  • 12 oz Fettuccine
  • 1 lb Shrimp Use fresh or thawed frozen shrimp.

Flavoring

  • 4 cloves Garlic Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 cup Juice of Lemon Adjust according to your taste.
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Zest Adjust according to your taste.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • Sea Salt To taste.
  • Black Pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine pasta until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

Cooking the Shrimp

  • In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
  • Cook the garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  • Melt the butter in the same pan, then add the shrimp.
  • Stir occasionally until the shrimp turn opaque white with some pink, which should take about 4-6 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is combined and the parmesan cheese is melted.
  • Transfer the fettuccine into the pan and stir until evenly distributed.

Serving

  • Garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley. Pair with a green salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
