Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes Fresh, high-quality steak for best flavor.
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh or thawed if using frozen.
  • 1/2 lb scallops, patted dry Fresh or thawed if using frozen.

Flavorings

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter Divided into portions for sautéing and sauce.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances flavor.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For searing the steak.
  • to taste Salt & black pepper Use according to preference.
  • Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish) Adds freshness and color.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  • Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes on each side until caramelized. Remove and set aside.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until they turn pink and curl. Remove from heat.
  • Add another tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Sear scallops for 1–2 minutes on each side until they are golden and tender.

Garlic Butter Finish

  • Lower the heat and add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Return the steak, shrimp, and scallops to the skillet. Toss everything together in the garlic butter until coated.

Serving

  • Transfer the delicious mixture to a board or plate. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a pinch of coarse salt for the final touch.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavors; ensure your skillet is hot before adding the steak. Adjust cooking times based on the size of shrimp and scallops. You can add vegetables like bell peppers, asparagus, or zucchini for added color and flavor.
