Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 lb ground beef This is the star of the show!
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adds creamy texture and sharp flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Enhances the overall taste of these bombs.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adds irresistible aroma.
  • 1 tsp onion powder Complements the beef beautifully.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper, to taste Essential seasonings.

For the dough

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough Holds all the deliciousness inside.

For topping

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds extra cheesy goodness!

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half.

Assembly

  • Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each half biscuit.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  • Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

To achieve crispy edges, brush tops with melted butter before baking. You can also experiment with different cheeses for variety.
