  • 1 pound ground beef Freshly minced for best flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust amount based on preference.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced Grated Parmesan can also be used.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed For a sharper flavor, use aged cheddar.

Dough

  • 1 package refrigerated dough Store-bought dough works well.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  • Take some refrigerated dough and roll it out.
  • Place a generous amount of the beef mixture in the center of each dough piece.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and seal it well.

Baking

  • Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Seal the dough well to prevent the filling from leaking out. Store-bought dough is a convenient option, but homemade dough can enhance the flavor. Consider adding your favorite herbs or spices to the filling for added flavor.
