Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 oz 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine) Fettuccine holds onto the sauce perfectly.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 4 cloves 4 cloves garlic, minced Adds incredible flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons butter Essential for the creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup 1 cup heavy cream Turns the dish into a luscious dream.
  • 1 cup 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste Brings all flavors together.
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Adds color and freshness.

Instructions
 

Cooking Steps

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a good pinch of salt.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta in a colander, but do not rinse.
  • In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream slowly, stirring gently, and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is thick and creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta back into the pot and toss it with the sauce.
  • Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top and serve.

Notes

Serve with a light salad or steamed veggies; garlic bread is a great side dish too. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for about 3 days.
