  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated, use fresh for better flavor

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  • In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

Make sure to cut the Brussels sprouts evenly for consistent cooking. Adjust seasonings to your liking. Use fresh Parmesan for the best flavor. For extra crunch, broil for an additional minute after roasting.
