Garlic Parmesan Steak Tortellini

Ingredients

  • 2 strip steaks 2 strip steaks
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 1 sliced onion
  • 1 large 1 large zucchini
  • 10 oz 10 oz grape tomatoes
  • 19 oz bag 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini plus water
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter Seasoning

Preparation

  • Cut the steaks into cubes, cut the zucchini into smaller pieces, and slice the onion.

Cooking

  • Heat a griddle over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil, and toss in all the veggies. Season them with Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter seasoning.
  • Add the steak to the griddle and season it with the same seasoning.
  • Pour the bag of frozen tortellini onto the griddle and add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water over the tortellini.
  • Cover the tortellini with a griddle dome and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until the tortellini is tender and cooked.
  • Once the tortellini is ready, stir in the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce and then remove the tortellini from the griddle.
  • Stir the veggies and steak around until both are cooked to your liking.
  • Serve the tortellini topped with the veggies and steak, and finish with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. Reheat in the microwave, adding a splash of water to keep it moist. You can customize the veggies and adjust the garlic seasoning to taste.
