Ingredients
  

Pasta and Shrimp

  • 8 ounces Fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh shrimp recommended for the best flavor.

Seasonings and Oils

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Don't skip this for great aroma.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing the garlic and shrimp.
  • To taste Salt and pepper Enhances flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For the creamy sauce.

Cheese and Cream

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded asiago cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Garnish

  • To taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Optional, for color and flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparing the Pasta

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing the Shrimp

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  • Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Creating the Creamy Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then pour in heavy cream and stir gently until it simmers.

Cheese Blending

  • Gradually add mozzarella, white cheddar, provolone, and asiago cheese to the skillet, stirring until fully melted. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Bringing It All Together

  • Add the cooked pasta and shrimp back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce. If too thick, add a splash of pasta cooking water.

Serving

  • Transfer the dish to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!

Notes

For extra cheesiness, serve with grated Parmesan on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
