  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 sheet Aluminum foil Used for wrapping the packs.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes, diced potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Mix well.
  • Cut large sheets of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly among the sheets.
  • Fold the foil over the ingredients to create packets, sealing them tightly.

Cooking

  • Place the packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 25-30 minutes or until the steak is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  • Carefully open the packets and serve hot.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the foil packs cool down completely. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them back in the oven or grill until warmed through. For extra flavor, consider marinating the steak before cooking. You can make these foil packs ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator.
