Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling or pan)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Gently mix to combine.
  • Form into 4 thick patties.

Cooking

  • Grill or pan-fry over medium heat with olive oil for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
  • Let sit for a few minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Enjoy in pita, on a bun, or over salad with tzatziki!

Notes

Don't over-mix the ingredients; this can make the patties tough. Shape the patties evenly to ensure even cooking. Add more red pepper flakes for heat. Serve with grilled vegetables or a light Greek salad for a complete meal.
