  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Bang Bang sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken chunks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Thread the chicken onto skewers.

Grilling

  • Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  • Brush the grilled chicken skewers generously with Bang Bang sauce before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Notes

If you have leftover skewers, let them cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the grill or in the oven.
