Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef Browned in skillet.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh or frozen both work well.
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can mix different cheeses for added flavor.
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup Can substitute with cream of chicken soup.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add broccoli, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the casserole cool completely. Place it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze it for up to 3 months. To reheat, warm in the oven or microwave until heated through. For crunch, add breadcrumbs on top before baking. Customize with other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
