  • 2 tablespoons Flour

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  • Stir in the fresh mushrooms and cook until soft and moisture has been released.
  • Sprinkle flour over the meat and mushroom mixture and stir to combine.
  • Gradually pour in the beef broth while stirring constantly until the sauce begins to thicken.
  • Reduce the heat and gently mix in the sour cream until combined and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice according to package directions.
  • Serve a generous portion and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in fresh herbs like rosemary. Adjust seasoning according to taste and try different sides for variety.
