  • 1 tube crescent roll dough Store-bought tube of crescent roll dough.
  • 8 ounces sliced ham Feel free to use turkey or chicken as a variation.
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced Can substitute with cheddar or provolone.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each triangle.
  • Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the crescent rolls.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm, optionally with mustard or a dipping sauce. Pairs well with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
