  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices ham
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional) For additional flavor
  • 1 egg for egg wash (optional) For a shiny finish

Instructions
 

Preparation and Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each triangle.
  • Optionally, spread a small amount of Dijon mustard on the ham.
  • Roll the dough from the wide end to the narrow end to form crescent shapes.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • If using, brush with a beaten egg for a shiny finish.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm and can be enjoyed as a snack or paired with a side salad. Great for parties with dipping sauces like honey mustard or ranch dressing. For extra flavor, add herbs, or try different types of cheese. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
