Cooking Steps

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  • Stir in diced potatoes and trimmed green beans.

Notes

For perfect results, consider using bone-in rotisserie chicken for more flavor. Add vegetables in stages based on cooking times. Serve with bread or salad, and consider adding Parmesan cheese on top.
