  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Chili flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are coated evenly.
  • Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can turn on the broiler for the last few minutes of cooking. Feel free to adjust the honey and soy sauce ratio to match your taste. Let the wings marinate for 30 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.
