Ingredients
  

For the Dip

  • 1 cup Chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach, chopped You can add more for a vibrant color.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened Ensure it is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can be substituted with extra sour cream.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Ensure it's vegetarian-friendly if needed.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to add more for topping.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Red pepper flakes Optional for added heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium-sized skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  • Add in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise, blending until smooth.
  • Mix in the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and add red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Fold the cooled spinach and artichokes into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with extra mozzarella cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with your choice of dippers.

Notes

To make ahead, prepare the dip mixture and transfer to baking dish without baking. Bake when ready to serve.
