  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1/4 cup Toasted almonds Lightly toasted

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Finely shave the Brussels sprouts and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the vinaigrette.
  • Drizzle the vinaigrette over the Brussels sprouts and toss to combine.
  • Add grated parmesan cheese and toasted almonds on top.
  • Serve immediately as a fresh side dish.

Notes
