  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced (optional) Can be omitted if desired.
  • Cheese (for the wraps) Type of cheese can be changed for different flavors.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion (if using) and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

Make Cheese Wraps

  • Prepare cheese wraps by placing shredded cheese on a baking sheet. Bake until melted and golden.
  • Once the cheese has cooled slightly, place the beef and pepper mixture in the center.
  • Roll it up tightly.

Notes
