  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lemon, sliced
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil and place a salmon fillet in the center of each piece.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  • Top each fillet with lemon slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.

Cooking

  • Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Carefully open the foil packs and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs like dill or thyme. You can also include vegetables like asparagus, bell peppers, or zucchini in the foil packs for a complete meal. Make sure to seal the foil tightly to keep all the moisture and flavors in.
