For the salmon

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 piece lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lay out four sheets of aluminum foil.
  • Place a salmon fillet on each sheet of foil.
  • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
  • Top each fillet with lemon slices.
  • Fold the foil packs tightly to seal.

Cooking

  • Place the foil packs on the grill or in the oven.
  • Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Carefully open the foil packs, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the salmon fillets in the butter mixture for about 30 minutes before cooking. You can add vegetables like asparagus, zucchini, or bell peppers to the foil packs for a complete meal. Make sure the foil packs are sealed tightly to keep all the juices inside for moist salmon.
