Ingredients
  

For the salad

  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled Cook until crispy
  • 2-3 cups romaine and iceberg lettuce mix
  • 1.5 oz diced tomatoes

For the dressing

  • 1 container sour cream (16 oz)
  • 1 packet ranch dip mix
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.
  • Mix lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk together ranch dressing ingredients.
  • Toss salad with dressing and top with bacon bits.
  • Serve immediately!

Notes

For a healthier option, use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. Add extra veggies for more crunch, or use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and keep the dressing separate until ready to eat.
