  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and garlic, cooking until the beef is browned.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
