  • 1 large head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • To taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower with crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Mix all ingredients well until combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Broil for an additional 2 minutes for a crispy topping. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses and add jalapeños for extra spice.
