  • 2 cups elbow macaroni Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Use your favorite brand.

  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped Adds flavor and color.

Preparation

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and dijon mustard.
  • Add the cooled macaroni, chopped celery, bell pepper, red onion, and sweet pickle relish to the bowl.
  • Mix everything until well combined, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
